感谢您使用"小译哥 TransGO"（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由深圳市摩天宏智科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发和运营。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，将按照法律法规要求，采取相应安全保护措施，尽力保护您的个人信息安全可控。请在使用前仔细阅读本隐私政策。

Thank you for using TransGO (小译哥, "the App"), a real-time AI translation application developed and operated by Shenzhen Motian Hongzhi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Your privacy matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

一、我们收集的信息1. Information We Collect

本应用是一款 AI 实时翻译工具，配合 MOFII 智能翻译硬件设备（通过蓝牙 BLE 连接）使用。我们遵循"最小必要"原则收集信息：

TransGO is an AI real-time translation tool that works with MOFII intelligent translation hardware (connected via Bluetooth BLE). We follow the principle of data minimization:

1. 您主动提供的信息Information You Provide

  • 麦克风音频：当您使用语音翻译功能时，我们需要调用麦克风采集您的语音。在线模式下，语音将发送至第三方语音服务商（科大讯飞 Xfyun）进行语音识别；离线模式下，语音仅在本机处理，不会上传。
  • 翻译文本：您输入的文本及翻译结果。在线模式下，文本将发送至科大讯飞进行机器翻译；离线模式下，翻译仅在本机完成。翻译历史记录保存在您的设备本地（Room 数据库），不会上传至我们的服务器。
  • Microphone audio: When you use voice translation, we access your microphone. In online mode, audio is sent to our third-party speech service provider (iFlytek Xfyun) for speech recognition; in offline mode, audio is processed locally on your device and never uploaded.
  • Translation text: Text you input and translation results. In online mode, text is sent to iFlytek Xfyun for machine translation; in offline mode, translation is performed entirely on-device. Translation history is stored locally on your device (Room database) and is never uploaded to our servers.

2. 设备信息Device Information

蓝牙设备信息：为连接 MOFII 翻译硬件设备，我们需要获取蓝牙权限及设备连接状态。蓝牙扫描过程中可能请求位置权限（Android 12 以下系统要求），但我们不会收集、存储或使用您的位置信息。

Bluetooth device info: To connect MOFII hardware, we access Bluetooth and device connection status. Location permission may be requested for BLE scanning (required by Android 12 and below); we do not collect, store, or use your location data.

3. 日志信息Log Data

当您主动使用"反馈问题"功能提交错误日志时，日志文件（含版本号、错误堆栈等调试信息）会上传至 https://api.mofii.com 用于问题诊断。我们不会在未经您主动操作的情况下上传日志。

When you voluntarily submit error reports through the in-app feedback feature, log files (including version info and error stack traces for diagnostics) are uploaded to https://api.mofii.com. We never upload logs without your explicit action.

二、我们如何使用信息2. How We Use Information

我们仅将上述信息用于：

  1. 提供语音/文本翻译服务；
  2. 修复故障、改进产品体验；
  3. 响应用户支持请求。

我们不会将您的信息用于广告推送、用户画像或任何与本应用功能无关的用途。

We use the information solely to:

  1. Provide voice/text translation services;
  2. Fix bugs and improve the product;
  3. Respond to user support requests.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.

三、第三方服务3. Third-Party Services

本应用在线翻译功能使用科大讯飞（iFlytek Xfyun）语音识别/机器翻译/语音合成服务。您的语音和文本数据将在您使用在线翻译时传输至讯飞服务器进行处理，处理规则受讯飞隐私政策约束。

Online translation uses iFlytek (Xfyun) speech recognition / machine translation / speech synthesis services. Your voice and text data are transmitted to iFlytek servers only when you use online translation, subject to iFlytek's privacy policy.

四、信息存储与保护4. Storage and Security

  • 翻译历史记录仅存储在您的设备本地，您可在应用内随时删除。
  • 我们采取符合行业标准的安全措施（如传输加密 HTTPS）保护您的信息。
  • 我们不会对外出售、出租或交易您的任何个人信息。
  • Translation history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from within the App.
  • We apply industry-standard security measures (e.g., HTTPS transport encryption) to protect your information.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

六、儿童隐私6. Children's Privacy

本应用面向一般公众，不面向 14 周岁以下儿童。若您为未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用。

The App is intended for the general public and not directed to children under 14. If you are a minor, please use the App under parental guidance.

七、您的权利7. Your Rights

您有权：

  1. 随时在应用内删除本地翻译历史；
  2. 拒绝授予麦克风/蓝牙等权限（将影响对应功能使用）；
  3. 通过下述联系方式联系我们，查询或删除您的相关信息。

You have the right to:

  1. Delete local translation history at any time;
  2. Refuse microphone/Bluetooth permissions (which may affect corresponding features);
  3. Contact us to inquire about or request deletion of your information.

八、政策更新8. Policy Updates

我们可能适时修订本政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或官网（https://motianhongzhi.com/）通知。

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on our website (https://motianhongzhi.com/).
